about moving messages to folders in Outlook.  I will save this for use now

Ctrl+y=go to folder,

Letter navigating Pressing a folder letter, or arrowing to a specific folder
pressing the enter-key  will place you into a specific folder.

 

Moving messages;

 

If your wanting to move a message from 1 folder to another;

2 ways to do this,

The first is:

Ctrl+shift+v=move

Now choose the folder, either by, letter navigating, or simply arrowing to
the specific folder and press enter.

The second way is,

Highlight the message,

Press applications key,

Up arrow and either enter or right arrow to open the, Move sub-menu, Here
using the arrow keys, you will find different choices.

Also, if your wanting to save a message in your documents, 1, highlight the
message, 2, copy to clipboard, 3, navigate to your documents, and do a
paste.

Note, the only way you will be able to read the message content, is through
outlook.

 

Creating new folder;

 

Ctrl+shift+e=create new folder,

Type folder name,

"example computer notes"

Now tab,

You will see something like;

Folder contains:

Mail and Post Items

Tab again you will see something like;

Inbox, or another folder name,

You need to up arrow until you hear;
personal folders opened,
or simply press the home key,

Now tab to the okay button press enter.

 

The second way to create new folder is:

Shift+tab you should hear;

Mail folders tree-view,

Use the applications key, up or down arrow and press enter on, New folder
dot dot dot "n"

You should see the following screen;

Type folder name,

Now tab,

You will see something like;

Folder contains:

Mail and Post Items

Tab again you will see something like;

Inbox, or another folder name,

or simply press the home key,

Now tab to the okay button press enter
