Leonard,

Select the first cell in the column that you want to adjust, like A1.
Open the Home tab, then arrow down to the Cells submenu, and press enter.
Now, arrow down to Format..., and press enter on this.
Arrow down in the resulting menu and select "Autofit Column Width.
This will make the column the width of the widest cell in the column, so that the entries all fall within the limits of the column. You can do the same for the Row Height if needed, or an individual cell.

I think somebody mentioned this issue before but I'm not certain.
However, I'm using excel 2013 and while jaws reports the information and
data for a given cell it's my understanding that some data actually
bleeds over in to the next cell although Jaws doesn't indicate this is
happening. I'm sure my spread sheet would not be visually appealing to
the sighted eye if I needed to share it with someone. How can I ensure
that the data stays within the intended cell?
