It became free last year just after I renewed my account. I keep it as a
backup kind of a deal for the time when I go out of the mailing list
business. With luck that won't be for a while yet so nobody panic:

Server Settings
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com Use SSL, port: 995

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com Use SSL, port: 465,
use authentication

Account Name/Username: [email protected] Email address: [email protected]
Password: Your Yahoo! Mail password

Hi David,

I did not get the memo that Yahoo mail is now able to be retrieved using
Outlook. Last I had heard is that one had to pay around $20 per year to have
this ability. But now that this is an option, could you please provide the
information regarding settings? For instance, POP and SMTP info, whether the
server requires authentication, incoming and outgoing port numbers, and
whether SSL or TLS is required.

Thanks in advanced,

Mauricio

None are needed miss Becky, especially since you can download your mail
using pop access for free since last year.

HI all.
Has anyone had experience with Yahoo email? Are there any scripts for it?

Thanks for any info.

Becky
