I think you can do this with a passkey through (Jaws-3).

Also, you should be able to go into the graphics options once you get it right and disable the hotkeys so you don't encounter that problem in the future.

Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.

As was said below. Alt + Ctl + up arrow. However, I think you may need to do
an Insert F4 to take Jaws off while you are completing the task. Jaws uses
this key sequence for moving through tables, and in normal circumstances,
doesn't affect the screen.

Press control plus alt plus any arrow key and your screen will rotate. You
will need sighted assistance to know when you have it in the correct
position, but this should work
