Are you using the laptop keyboard? I'm asking this because if your mousepad
is still working, that can make your cursor jump like this. It is one of my
pet peeves, especially since some mousepads simply will not be disabled!

often jump to the bottom of a webpage and/or email when I am using the say
all command. I then have to relocate and find where I was last reading.
