The Good ones ar Chris H, Chris A, Chris S and the other girl Isis.
Jackie is always saying to re-install jaws or to call FS on Outlook
certain
problems.
And when she change where to save my doc, it did not go to my documents,
it
still went to the library.
I called back the next day and Isis corrected it and did other changes
for
me.
If, I hear her voice, which high pitch and squeaky, I recommend you hang
up
and try when the next crew comes in LOL!.

That is after 3 pm to 11 Pm cause they leave at 12 AM.

I learned their system on how they work,
So, I'm already waiting for the 6 digit Code,
 Before I even called them it's a little faster to tie in with them.

insert + R.

If, you write back forsome reason, it's replys to the entire club, if
you
use Control + R.

Use the in direct command instead.

Thank heaven, I called Microsoft help and they were wonderful. She fixed
my
outlook problem. I did not have to stay on the line long before getting
a
real person to talk to.  She was patient with my slowness at the
keyboard
and hearing problem. It is great for Microsoft to offer this service at
no
cost.

I have done something wrong and have changed the way my emails are
sorted.
They are not sorted by date and time as before. Ihave somehow changed
the
category the emails are ssorted in. I do not know what category the
emails
are sorted in now. How do I change the category and the way my emails
are
sorted? I am using jaws fourteen and outlook fourteen.  Thanks for your
