Hello, Windows 9, latest JAWS AND wlm 16.4. I have some questions regarding attachments: 1. Mail comes in grouped by subject, that is, the first thing that appears is the subject, then when I arrow down the names of the senders appear; there fire, I think, is why I can’t know if the mail comes with an attachment. What can I do? 2. Once I open a message I have to tab back once or twice to see the attachments. Insert a tries to read the document though acording to the keyboard comand regarding attachments appear in the JAWS help as insert a. Now, the strange thing is that when I go to keyboard management in options and go through the WLM key comands, attachment odes no appear; it is not there. So, I tried using insert a using the pass key through, but it didn’t work. 3. Another problem is that I don’t seem to be able to see where the attached file is been saved. When I use the contexxt menue the localization option does not appear. Another issue regarding this item is, How can I tell WLM to download attachments in a folder I chose? That way I would know where they are and if I wanted to, I would be able to open it from the actual folder and save it in another, or attaching it in a new message for some one else. 4. Sometimes peoplle send images or pictures inserted in the message, instead of doing so as an attachment. How can I save such file alone, without the message? Thank you in advance for your help.
