Hi If you're using the Freedom Import Printer to print the document to OpenBook, I have found it best to start OpenBook before Printing the document. I don't know if this is still necessary in the latest OpenBook, but in earlier versions, if you didn't start OpenBook first, the document would just stay in the queue of the Freedom Import Printer forever.
