Searching the JAWS keystrokes list from the FS website (last revised
9/12/13 for "hover" yields nada. Not a great sign.

[JAWS-Users] hover your cursor?
Great question. I, too, await a response. One issue we face, if the
web page I have in mind is typical, is the labeling of places on a web
site where a cursor may hover, revealing one or more choices for action.

Hi all,
Hope all of you are enjoying your holiday weekend. Summer almost over.
Is there a way to hover your cursor over a name on a web site using a
key board command? Anyone know how to work around hovering?
Thanks,
Ann
