Give me the number please? Makes me wonder, they normally ask you to access
the net and click this link I think but if I can't access the net how does
that work?
Take care.

Kimsan,
I had a similar problem a couple weeks ago.
I called MSA and they determine was not the router or the in coming
internet.

The problem was the internal wireless driver in my laptop, so he downloaded
a new one and installed it for me.And looked my pc over.

I believe their working right now.

HTH,

Hello:

Last night on my daughters computer, we were unable to access the internet.
When clicking the internet icon, it loads then kicks us back to the desk
top. This morning the issue is still happening.

I am running mse at the moment, then will run maylwarebytes, and I have done
a disk clean up so far.

My computer is connected to the internet but not hers. I clicked the trouble
shoot option and here was the error I received.

windows cannot automatically detect this networks proxy settings.Thoughts
for resolution?

Thanks.
