Webvisum which is a Firefox plug-in will solve captchas for you. For other things, you will need an accessible phone where you can take a picture of the camera and use something like Tap-Tap-See or Vizwiz.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Social accessibility or Website interpretation services

Hi folks. I'm wondering if there is a service out there that will answer a
question about a information on a Website that is presented graphically and
not accessible with JAWS or another screen reader. I'm looking for a site
that is human powered, similar to the interpretation service that Solona
offered a few years ago. IBM also operated a social accessibility solution
that did something similar in the past, but that service also seems to be
inactive.

Thanks for any info.

Chris.
