Hi Jorge, While in your Documents folder: 1. Press, Alt + T, for tools, & press the letter, O, for options. 2. Tab a couple of times to the TreeView, press the letter, H, & arrow down to, Show hidden files and folders-OFF, press the spacebar to turn it, On. 3. Arrow down to, Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)-ON, press the spacebar to turn it off & say yes to the dialogue that comes up. 4. Press, Alt + A, to apply & tab to the Okay button & press enter. If you find the folder you're looking for, highlight the file, open the context menu, arrow up to, properties & press enter. In properties / General tab, tab to the, Hidden checkbox, if this box is checked, uncheck it, tab to apply, press spacebar then, tab to okay & press enter.
Remember to reverse the changes you did with steps 1 thru 4. HTH Take care.
