Hi, Well, it is a busy site. I found an accessibility link and clicked on that, it was after that stuff about zooming l/r and dragging... I also put like ladies jeans in the search box, then tab to one of those links. I went to the one, today's specials and entered on it, it did give me some info on ladies PJ's and a cargo jacket, it wanted my zip code to narrow it to the nearest store, you might try to do that since this is in Canada. Also, I found several 800 numbers for help on making purchases as well as placing orders, if all else fails, make them work for you call them up explain your situation and you need help.
