Strange, my 16.1 seems to open the script manager fine.

I will say so far, this seems like the snappiest version I've used probably since Jaws 6 or something.
Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.

Also for some reason the script manager seems to be broken in the beta. I
hope that is only for a short time.
