What version of IE are you using? I had both ok and cancel buttons

Hi Rick,

After you spacebar auto complete settings, & spacebar the, delete history
button, you will have several more options to check / uncheck.  After going
through these there is not an apply or okay button so, just spacebar the
cancel button & okay your way out from there & your settings will be saved.

settings
  button, ask me before saving passwords checkbox.  I don't have a version
of
  IE 10 but it is likely the same or quite similar.
