I don't use Windows 8 myself, thank goodness, but my understanding is that
it comes with an email client called simply Mail. However, it is supposedly
not compatible with POP3, so for most users, it would be useless. Thanks,

There is the mail app, which works with other screen readers, if you know
what you are doing.
But, other than that if memory fails, I think that's aboot it.
