I have been using w8.1 for sometime now, I guess I should go try my W7 and see... just didn't think about trying it.... and as I said this only happened a couple weeks ago, when I noticed some changes the site. I do not want the accessible site, I did not have issue prior to this with the regular site.. but something recently has changed significantly.] I have emailed amazon and FS. Thanks, Tamera
