I have a friend that is needing help with Outlook 2013. He is using Jaws 15, Outlook 2013 on a Windows 8.1 computer. He is needing to read attachments and has gotten the message that he has to enable the reading view. Ok, how do you do this?
Also, how do you add people to the addressbook? The older versions allowed you to add senders to the addressbook. Naturally, it isn't happening now.
