Hi While you're in the Inbox folder, bring up the view tab in the ribbons. Find Arrangement, then Arrange by button dropdown grid and press enter. Up arrow one time to View settings and press enter. Tab to Sort and press enter. Tab to Descending and press space to check it. Then repeatedly tab to ok and press enter until you're out of the ribbons.
