Trish,
Try these notes:

*** backing up to the computer & iCloud:
One thing when you do a back up, I suggest you clean the phone out.
Like unwanted pict's, contacts, apps, docs and music.

*** Ok, open iTunes in your pc.
Plug the iPhone to your pc.
Go to my computer, press Windows + E.
Down arrow until you locate your iPhone and press enter.

On your iPhone go to settings, then to general and swipe to the right to
Itune wifi sink and open it.
Double tap the sink now button.
Now, you are sinking with the computer.
Let it finish.

Go to settings and swipe to Icloud back up and open it.
Swipe to storage and back up and open it.
Swipe right to iCloud off and double tap.
Now swiped to Ok and double tap.
Let it backup.
When done backing up double tap the cancel button,
So now, then the iPhone backs up back to your computer.

HTH,
                                        Jorge

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Folders and Emails Restored!

Well all my good intentions just flew south.
I am back where I was before I started this crazy trip.
I have all my folders and their contents back on my email client on my
laptop. I guess I'll tackle the phone another time.

Mike thanks for the email, I didn't use that to get this all restored. I
simply did system's restore to the time frame I started this nonsense.
That is good to have though just in case, so thanks for sending it.
I think I need to leave well enough alone here, until next time..
