Hi Group, This is what happens when I want to save an email to my documents I will explain how I open it and do the same procedure. First I have the email open then I do an alt+f to open the file menu and then I arrow down to save as then hit enter. Then JAWS focus ends up in the file name box. Then I do a shift+tab to get to my documents list. This is the part that has change for some reason. After I hit the shift+tab JAWS then announces "Name split button". Before after I hit the shift+tab key it use to say the first file I had in my documents list. So after it says "name split button" the only way I can get into my documents list is to hit the enter key. So for some reason after I do the shift+tab key JAWS lands on the "Name split Button" which it never did before. It use to just go into my documents list.
