Yes, this is the grave accent, and the Tilde key. The tilde is used in
spanish. I'm not sure what the grave accent is used for. I think French.

Are you referring to the "grave/Tilda" key? If so, they are accent marks
used in connection with languages. Also they may have certain meaning in
computer
code.
