Probably better, Try pressing ctrl+f6 once or twice. or, press
JAWSKey+Escape to refresh the screen; Or, Press F5 to refresh the page;
or, if none of the above work, Press ctrl+9 to restore the last tab.
occasionally, pressing the tab key multiple times will get you to the
main page.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] entering on a link I'm stuck in the tab view
part
ofthe page
Trying to be specific and hoping I explain this correctly. Using Jaws
15
and most of the time Internet Explorer but I have Firefox as well.
Not sure
if it will do this in FF, but in IE 11 what happens is I want to go to
a Web
page and I can't see the links because it puts me in that spot which
I've
hated from the beginning and wish I could get rid of. It definitely
goes to
the page because you can see the page's address, but I'm stuck in that
menu
where a tab button and a page refresh button are shown. Oh yeah it
also
says tool bar and probably some other things I'm missing. It won't
just go
past that point and start announcing links I can click on. With a lot
of
trial and error and turning off and back on the virtual PC cursor, I
can
eventually make it work. I just wonder if, under HTML settings,
something
with page refresh and ignore flash on web pages is set incorrectly. I
also
wondered about screen resolution and if it's too high or too low for
Jaws.
I do have the attributes box unchecked because I didn't like hearing
mouse
over all the time, but should I have left it and would the mouse over
links
make it easier to get past that part of the page?
I hope someone has some ideas.
Joanne
