Highlight the document file, open the context menu, click on Properties, tab
down the General Tab, make sure that READ--Only is not checked, if it is
then uncheck it, if not tab on down to see if there is an item that says
Unblock, if there is, press enter on it, in either case, tab down to apply,
then tab back to OK, and press enter on this.
