Hi,

When you click on Locations and Menu, then fill in your location where it says to do this, and click on the Find button. Next, the page for that particular Cheddars will open, and scroll down to where it says Download menu and press enter on this. Now, Adobe Reader will open up and will ask you how you want to display the contents of the page, if you wan to display the entire document, and if you want to use these same settings for all PDF documents. Just tabdown past this stuff and press enter on the Start button. The menu should open up and be readable. At least it is on my computer, be sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed. If JAWS still will not read the menu, then you can try pressing the Insert key + the Space bar, then press the leter O and then D. If JAWS can read it, it will, if not, it will give you an error message.
