Hi Teresa, in order to send a screenshot Go to the window of interest Make sure the window of interest is maximized Then press alt+scrn key. The screen or scrn button is the left hand button on the group of three at the top right of a standard keyboard. This takes a screen shot of the active window and places it on the clipboard. I like to use the alt+scrn key because it takes a shot of the active window where as just using the screenprint key scrn key takes a shot of the whole computer screen so it can be very busy and difficult for others to read it.
Then go to your email and do a control+v to paste the screenshot into the body of the email and you are done. I hope this helps. I am not particularly good at describing these things.
