Hello Mike,
As David said, use the Windows Advisor update utility.
If I could also add: IMO, a fresh install of Win 7, rather than an update from XP would give you a much better long-term result.

Hi All,

We have a Lenovo laptop that is currently running XP Pro but, we would like
to upgrade it to Windows7 Home Premium 32 bit & already have the Win7 32 bit
OS. I forget how to check the computer to see if it's capable of the OS
update. Would y'all please fill me in on how this can be done? Running
Jaws 13 & XP Pro. All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much.
Take care.
Mike
