I just asked the Sales Department at Freedom the same question this
afternoon.
They are only now beginning to ship the disks to those who still have an
active SMA.
You can download the new Jaws of course and your particular ID number will
assure that you aren't charged for it. That's how it should work, anyway.

You are correct but they released an update to Jaws 15 today. I haven't
upgraded to 16 as of yet.
