Hello Michelle, When focus is in your list of messages use CTRL with spacebar to remove selection from the current message in the list. Use the application key or shift with function key 10. The contextual menu includes choices for sorting, filtering, arranging, view settings, etc. if you open the sorting dialog box we can use a primary sort and secondary sort order.
