Hello Michelle,

When focus is in your list of messages use CTRL with spacebar to remove
selection from the current message in the list. Use the application key or
shift with function key 10. The contextual menu includes choices for
sorting, filtering, arranging, view settings, etc. if you open the sorting
dialog box we can use a primary sort and secondary sort order.

Take care..

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Changes to View in Outlook

Good Morning,

I updated to Microsoft 2013 a few months ago. Prior to that I had been
able to use various views such as to. From, and subject to sort and organize
emails. Now I cannot. . I have gone through the ribbons to find the
choices I want on several occasions but find the process difficult where in
the past I could find it easily. Can someone assist me?

Thanks,

Michelle
