I just ordered another illusion. this time I was able to read it. The author took another look at his pdf file creation program. There was an option to protect for text reading computers. This file when opened stated that it was a protected pdf file but I could read and print some photo files included in the document. The only way that the first file could be read was by him sending me an unsecured file. I tried every option suggested by members on the list. Thank you all for trying. ---
