hi,
I do not think their is a way to get windows 8 to look like windows seven.
but I could be wrong .
all you have to do to find all the programs that are installed on your computer is open the start screen by pressing the windows key and use your right arrow to move the nurser to find all the programs on your computer or just start typing a program that is on the computer in the search box. or you can go to the desk top and find the list of programs their.
to do this just press windows m and it should take you to the desk top.
I hope this helps.
[JAWS-Users] Windows 8!
Hi All,

I have just purchased a new computer with Windows 8 and I have installed
JAWS 16. I am shocked by the differences in Windows 8. The question I have
is:

Is there a way to make Windows 8 look like 7?

In addition, I am having a problem in Internet Explorer. The alt key doesn't
seem to work to get to the menu bar. The alt-d button works.

One more thing, it seems that the help material is not really for Windows 8.
Is there a place I can get help on Jaws and Windows 8?

Thank you all so much.

Linda
