Hi, Is anyone out there using Lotus Notes 9.0 with JAWS 16? I find that, when I open a mail and start using my up and down arrows to read the text, I am being read much more than one line at a time. It's as though whole chunks of text are regarded as one line. I have not changed any fonts in Lotus Notes and I have emails coming in as HTML formatted text.
The issue is that, with JAWS 15, everything read fine. My employer removed JAWS 15 from my machine when installing JAWS 16 and I cannot re-install JAWS 15. I have been in touch with FS about this issue, however, they have not come back to me yet. If anyone out there is using the above combination and it is working for you, please advise if you had to change any settings, in either JAWS or in Lotus Notes. Many Thanks, With Kind Regards, Charles Nicol Business Change Analyst – Back Office (Finance) Portfolio T 0141-223-3286 M 07954-403269 E [email protected] Business Change Change Delivery, Strategy and Transformation. 4th Floor, Guildhall 57 Queen Street, Glasgow G1 3ER. please consider the environment before printing this e-mail ====================================================================================================== We will NEVER contact customers via email asking to supply any personal information, telephone or internet banking login details.
