This sometimes happens to me too. Thankfully, for me, it doesn't do this all the time. Once it starts doing it, I have to restart the computer to get it to stop doing it. Then, it may go a few hours or a few days or a few weeks before it does it again. Then, when it does it, it will do it every time that I do a word count, until I restart the computer. HTH, Scott Duck
