I say most definitely yes. The reason why is because Tracking Protection
stops many undesirable websites from installing cookies onto your computer,
which is how they can track your activity on the web, i.e. the websites that
you visit, what you do while you are at a given site, how many times you
visit a particular site, etc. You do not want everyone knowing this
information and using it to either solicit information from you or to start
sending you spam emails and the like. It is also possible that someone could
gather your financial and other personal information through the use of
cookies.
