Hi, I have directions which tell me to open the email, go to the attachment, and press insert A, in order to read the attachment. I'm using Jaws 13 and Windows 7. This isn't working. The only way I can read the attachment is to go to the file menu and press N to save it, then find it in Documents, and then read it. Can someone give me a faster way to just open the attachment and read it?
