When it says Bing Enabled, Not Available, this means that it is Enabled as your default search provider, and that it is Not Available to be disabled. In other words, it is either your only search provider, and/or it is set as your default search provider. If you have other search providers,, then you should have the option to set one of them as your default search provider, thereby making Bing Available to be disabled as the default. It is a little
confusing, as are many thing with computers, but it makes sense too.
