[JAWS-Users] virus scanning

Has anyone experienced this when scanning with McAfee internet security 
suite .
when doing a full scan it works fine until it gets to 99 percent and 
then goes slow from there it seems to get stuck on scanning the rootkits 
but actually it is still going
and when doing a quick scan it goes normally until it reaches 98 percent 
and goes slow from their
does anyone know how to fix this problem that is using McAfee?
I am using windows 8.1 Jaws 15 latest
