Hi Maria, I am not familiar with this specific software, but I suggest to try the merge utility.
On the JAWS 16 try to merge the JAWS 15 settings. Just to be on the safe side, take a Windows checkpoint prior to using the merge utility, so if the computer is in a worse shape after the merge, you can restore the computer to the previous checkpoint.
