David, Cher and others, I also have issues with missing spaces in many of my e-mail replies from my work computers. Neither FS or my I.T. Department can figure out the problem. FS tells me that no one else is having the problem, and it must be a problem with an application loaded on my computers, and I.T. says that it is a JAWS problem as no one else is complaining about it.
When you are typing your information into the body of the reply, JAWS announces everything as it normally does. When you go back to proof read your message, JAWS acts like there is absolutely nothing in the body of the message. You have to Alt+Tab away from the message, then Alt+Tab back into the message. Once you are back into the message you find that JAWS can read everything that is there and all of the spaces and hard returns are missing. The 2 machines that this is happening on are my work machines. One is a laptop and the other a desktop. Both are 32-bit machines running Windows7, Outlook 2010 and JAWS 14. There are other JAWS users in the work environment and they are not reporting to be having these issues. If anyone can shed some light on how to resolve this problem, I would really appreciate it.
