Hi, I'm using JAWS 15 with Outlook 2013. I press Control + 3 to go to the contacts view. JAWS won't automatically read the contact name when I press the up and down arrow keys to move through them. I have to press insert + Tab on every contact to hear which one I'm on. The view is set to 'card view'.
