I am still using JAWS 14, but am currently on the same Word and Windows programs as you. There are a wealth of formatting options, just as in Word 2003, but the quickest way to get to the most frequently changed parameters from Word is to highlight the portion you wish to modify (or all of it with Ctrl A) then use Alt O then P to get to the Paragraph formatting options.. That paragraph should work the same as in the XP and 2003 version.
HTH Bob PS I got this recently myself from another JAWS list. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of j Bron Sent: Monday, December 29, 2014 11:56 AM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] formatting with windows 7 and jaws 16 I need formatting directions using windows 7, word 2010 and jaws 16.
