Hi Is the dialog you're getting saying OGServer (O G Server) or ARCServer (A R C Server)? On Windows 8.1, whenever I power up the machine, I hear ARCServer (A R C Server. ARCServer is a program called Acer Remote which I think has something to do with operating your PC from an Android phone. You could disable it from automatically starting when your computer starts by using cCleaner or MSConfig.
