I have this problem on both of my work computers when replying to e-mail messages. It does not matter what the format is of the incoming message, nor the format of my replies. Once I have replied to a message, it never happens again on that message. This has been happening for months and no one can figure out the problem. I just got a new computer last week at work, and we will see if the problem still exists when I return to the office next week.
