Hi Liuda,

First, did you run a virus and/or a malware scan on your computer? If so, and the problem persists, then try running a repair on your office installation. To do this:

1. Open Control Panel, and navigate to Programs and Features.
2. Open this and press the letter M for Microsoft. You will land on the first item which begins with the letter M.
3. Now, arrow on down until you find Microsoft Office 2010
4. open the Context menu by pressing the Applications key or the key combo Shift + F10, and arrow down to Change, and press Enter on this. 5. Here you will be prompted to repair your Office installation, and you can just follow the prompts to complete this task.

I hope this fixes your problem, usually, if something suddenly starts to happen that did not before, and a virus and/or malware scan did not fix the problem, then this will do it.

Best,
Mike

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Saving a Word 2010 docx

I use Win. 7, JAWS 16 and Word 2010.

When I work on an already existing Word 2010 docs, when I go to save my
work, this happens:

Word cannot save this because of a File Permission Error. I click on okay
and then it will save this. Why does it say this now and how can I
eliminate it from saying this? Yesterday, this did not happen. This never
happened before.

If I start with a new docs, then this glitch does not happen. I did not
change any settings and did nothing to cause this to happen myself.

Thank you for any insight into this problem
