Hi I've seen this problem in the initial release of JAWS 16.0.1516 on Windows 7 64 bit. Stopping and restarting JAWS didn't help. I had to re-boot the get SayAll working again. But I don't believe I've seen this problem since updating to the latest JAWS release of 16.0.1722.
