Thanks, well I found it but in the manor in which you described. I do not
find delivery options. but by using the right arrow I stumbled upon the
settings that I need.
At least I can get there.
I am now committee chairman for a Boy Scout Troop and need to make sure that
all members have read my emails.

Hi Lenny,
When you are in either the subject line or the body of the message:
1. press the alt key and m, to take you to the top of the message menu
options.
2. Down arrow to "delivery options submenu", and press the right arrow to
open it.
3. You can press on the "high importance" button for that priority you were
looking for.
4. This same submenu also has the read receipt option. Repeat the above
steps, alt m then down to delivery options, and arrow down to the read
receipt option.
