Combofix is a good removal tool and works well with jaws. Just google it.

Tim
thanks but I know about the browser delete stuff, I have IE to delete that
stuff on exit. So if you know of a keyboard/jaws friendly malware remover or
possibly a jaws/keyboare friendly anti-virus program that would be most helpful!

Hi Kevin,

For the symptoms you describe, I would first delete all the browser junk that
accumulates over time. My sighted wife described these exact symptoms, and a
simple browser cleanup solved it all.

There are at least 3 different ways to get to the Internet Explorer cleanup
option. The most direct way is to press control, shift, and the delete key.
That will get to the proper place, and on my Windows 7, JAWS lands on the
"cancel" button. Press the tab key, and you will find a set of categories of
stuff to remove. These are check boxes, so you press the space bar to select
or deselect each category. The categories are self explanatory for the most
part. Keep tabbing, and you will get to the delete button, press enter.
Depending upon how long it has been since the last cleanup, it may take a
minute for all this to finish.

A malware tool is also a good thing to get, but I would first do the above,
since the malware tool would not touch these items that can really slow down
your browser.
