XP and Windows 7:

Press Windows key + the pause key on a standard keyboard, to open the system 
properties.
Alternatively, you should be able to focus on the "My Computer",(Windows XP) 
or "Computer" (Windows 7) icon on the desktop, and then press
Alt + Enter to open the properties.
At this point make sure that the window is maximized.
next route Jaws to PC, and press the page up key.
Finally, arrow down one line at a time until you hear either 32 or 64-bit 
system.
Note:
If you are using Jaws with Windows XP, your system is 32-bit.
