WWW.Qainfotech.com Try contacting cengage first, then this one. however, I once worked in Q A, but cengage people were not much aware of how things can be done, and also they did not want to change the page look that time. This resulted some hidden classes for JAWS, which were only detected by screen-reading software, not a person. and it did not work well in my view.
