Norton will even e-mail the program to you upon request, it'll clean that 
system like a dose of salts.

Definitely use the Norton Removal Tool, or any subsequent anti-virus will 
likely bog down or not work at all. Norton has classically been a CPU and 
memory hog, in addition to being marginally accessible.

You will have to google for more information but there is a Norton removal 
tool that actually removes it all otherwise it leaves a lot of junk behind. 
You would think these companies would do a betterjob of cleaning up after 
themselves but then they probably can't imagine why any one would want to 
uninstall their baby.
